On-Time Delivery, Every Time
When your festival tickets are booked and your travel’s arranged, the last thing you need is uncertainty about whether your tent will show up. That’s why we guarantee delivery at least 24 hours before your rental period begins. This gives you a full day to check everything, give it a practice setup (if you have the space), pack it properly and sort any questions before you set off.
Every delivery comes with tracking information sent directly to your email and phone. You’ll know exactly when your tent’s arriving, which courier is bringing it, and get live updates on the day. We work with established UK delivery partners who understand that timing matters, as missing a delivery could mean missing a festival.
If there’s ever an issue (rare, but it happens), our team steps in immediately. We keep backup stock and alternative delivery options precisely for those unexpected situations (same day delivery if needed!).
